WINNER OF THE PRECAST MOULD FABRICATION PROFESSIONAL PROCESS

On 20th, Feb., 2019, HY Bridge formwork company has finally been the precast mould fabrication winner of the Handan road-rebuilt T-beam precast project.

From October 2018, Manager Zhang and his technical team have visited HY factory in person three-times to confirm the fabrication process and the factory strength. On the final technical meeting, HY team showed the precast mould fabrication 3D Video of the 2018 Henan Xuchang casting yard project. Mr. Zhang said: “ You are not only the winner of our this project, but also the winner of the precast mould fabrication professional process.”

Now, HY Bridge formwork company have began the Q235 steel preparation for the 24-set T-Beam precast mould fabrication. These moulds are plan to be divided to two different casting yards to begin the beam precasting at the same time.

With the progress of this project, We believe that it is just a beginning of the cooperation with Hebei province and HY Bridge formwork company will get a broader precast mould filed in the future.
