The pier is the support of the bridge, located on the platform or foundation, used for supporting the main beam. The pier formwork is the most kind of bridge mould, which is usually composed of pier formwork and pier cap mould.
The section size and appearance of the pier main depends on the girder type, the climate and the appearance. There are cylindrical, round end pier, conical pier, Y-shaped pier, double curved pier, vase pier, straight line pier, v-shaped pier, rectangular pier and so on. Some piers have the connecting beam, such as double pier and Y-shaped pier.
Pier formwork are generally divided into two types: pull rod form and non-stick form (including truss form).
The pier cap is divided into the upper and lower circles, upper square lower circle, upper and lower square, upper circle and lower square.
The pier formwork design is advanced, the structure is exquisite, the whole degree rigidity is good, the construction is convenient flexibility.
The design starting from structural characteristics, fully considering the structure construction requirements, in satisfies the requirement of concrete construction quality, and ensure the construction safety under the premise of do mould common to the greatest extent, as far as possible reduce the number of templates and specifications, at the same time work closely with the user to make the mould design and manufacture more suitable for the actual construction requirements with the advantages of economic, reasonable and safe.
