U beam as the most novel kind of urban rail transit adopted the viaduct bridge type with the advantages of light weight, good noise reduction, low building height, high space utilization, beautiful appearance, etc. So U beam formwork has been widely used.
U beam formwork adopts full hydraulic inner mould and advanced technology to make the precast U beam has the advantages of light weight, good noise reduction, low building height, high space utilization, beautiful appearance, etc.
Design features
◆1.The precast U beam formwork consists of the side mould, inner mould, bottom mould, support screw, span top, working platform, vibrator, ladder, block plate and so on.
◆2.The train can be surrounded by half, so that the train can run in the "U-shaped slot" and it is safer to run. The side wall of the beam is equipped with a sound absorbing panel to effectively absorb the noise from the train and reduce the impact of noise on the surrounding environment.
Force balance the overall design and internal model of the hydraulic folded, internal model hoisting system design is reasonable, the integral hoisting balance, reliable and convenient side mould stripping, side mould nodes set single block, bottom mould taper section before put piece of rotation, the end mould design is detachable easily.
U beam formwork components structure
◆1.The side mould includes bottom mould, inner mold and side mould clamping plate.
◆2.The inner mould is fixed by the cross beam and the side mould and the upper part is adjusted by the top wire and fixed the position of the inner mould. The inner mould is collected by the hydraulic cylinder as a whole with a high degree of automation.
◆3.The side mould is connected with the ground hinge shaft, it is fully opened and closed through the roof and support screw device. The operation is simple, which greatly protects the U beam from being brushed against the girder.
◆4.The rubber seal is used between the side mould, inner mould and bottom mould to ensure that the pulp is not leaking.
◆5.According to the difference of line spacing, the adjustment block is used to adjust and meet the requirements of U beam prefabrication.
◆6.The inner and outside intersecting vibrators improve the compactness and appearance quality of concrete.
◆7.The outside of the whole rotating side mould.
◆8.The inner of side mold adopts the integral fixed structure.
◆9.The whole fold and open the inner mould.
