Description
The movable scaffolding system is a kind of built-in mould, use pier or support platform as the support for the cast-in-situ construction of the bridge.
It is widely used in the continuous beam construction of road bridge and railway bridge, which is the more advanced construction method.
The movable scaffolding system can be divided to overhead movable scaffolding system and underslung movable scaffolding system.
Overhead movable scaffolding system
It is composed by leg mechanism, support girder, inner and side mould, main beam lifting mechanism, side suspension and hydraulic system etc.
Underslung movable scaffolding system
It is composed by pier side bracket, supporting platform, main beam, bottom mould and cross linking, side mould and support, medium pole beam, typhoon protection device and hydraulic system etc.
